Terms and Conditions

I like to keep my rules simple, here is a short list of Terms and Conditions that MUST be followed when using my services! Any violation of these will result in your request being terminated.

1. You must stay respectful when contacting me

2. My services are priced around the replacement parts (if needed) and my service fee which will vary depending on the repair needed

3. Payment must be done via bank transfer or PayPal. After accepting your request, you will be required to pay the agreed quote + service fee before any orders are placed. This is to protect you and myself from any sorts of scams

4. I will give you a timeframe of how long your repair should take, but will notify you if I need any longer with your device (which should never be the case). This is in place to allow the possibility of parts not arriving on time.

5. Depending on where you are based, I can collect for a repair or take devices via post. This must all be agreed before an order is finalized.

6. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you consent to me being in possession of your device for as long as we agreed when placing your order unless the is an unexpected time extension needed
